AI Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced AI Support Specialist to join our technical support team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert-level support and troubleshooting for our artificial intelligence products and solutions.


  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance with our AI offerings
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AI model deployment, integration, and performance
  • Reproduce and investigate AI system errors, bugs, or unexpected behaviors
  • Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to identify root causes and implement solutions
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and training materials
  • Train and upskill customers on the effective use of our AI products and services
  • Gather customer feedback and requirements to improve AI product usability and experience
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest AI technologies, best practices, and industry trends


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
  • 2+ years of experience in providing technical support for AI/ML products and solutions
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts like machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
  • Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or C++
  • Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Customer service oriented with great interpersonal skills
