Job Description
AI Support Specialist
We are seeking an experienced AI Support Specialist to join our technical support team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert-level support and troubleshooting for our artificial intelligence products and solutions.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance with our AI offerings
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AI model deployment, integration, and performance
- Reproduce and investigate AI system errors, bugs, or unexpected behaviors
- Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to identify root causes and implement solutions
- Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and training materials
- Train and upskill customers on the effective use of our AI products and services
- Gather customer feedback and requirements to improve AI product usability and experience
- Stay up-to-date with the latest AI technologies, best practices, and industry trends
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- 2+ years of experience in providing technical support for AI/ML products and solutions
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts like machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or C++
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Customer service oriented with great interpersonal skills
