Job Description

AI Automation Engineer

We are seeking an experienced AI Automation Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing artificial intelligence (AI) solutions to automate and optimize business processes.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation
  • Design and develop AI models and algorithms for process automation using techniques like machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision
  • Integrate AI automation solutions with existing systems and applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, software developers, and subject matter experts
  • Test and validate AI automation solutions to ensure accuracy, reliability, and scalability
  • Monitor and maintain deployed AI automation systems, troubleshooting issues as needed
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest AI technologies, tools, and industry best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
  • 3+ years of experience in developing AI/machine learning solutions, preferably for process automation
  • Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or related languages used for AI development
  • Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks and libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Knowledge of data processing, ETL, and data pipelining
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking abilities
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with robotic process automation (RPA) tools and technologies
  • Knowledge of business process management (BPM) and process modeling
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD, monitoring, etc.)
  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning Specialty)

The AI Automation Engineer role combines expertise in AI/machine learning with process automation to drive operational efficiency and cost savings across the organization. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, hands-on experience in developing AI solutions, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
